A group of people in institutions is to design quickly and effectively to image navigation system CE (Consumer Electronics) devices. The system uses three methods to detect facial region and feature extraction, clustering vectors for the face and manipulation of the DB metadata face.
As images, an algorithm for detecting the facial region is used for each image, and Gabor-wavelet features interesting points in each detected face is extracted. Then, a vector face clustering technique allows all the features, representing faces, concentrated appropriately.
Generally, a facial recognition technique requires a registration procedure, namely, users must register basic facial photographs, but the system automatically collects daily images. Finally, the DB is updated to browse photos of facial details in real time. This procedure has been presented by some researchers. They have developed a procedure and the algorithm, and a simple user interface and an efficient face image browsing system consumer electronics.
Another problem for such applications on mobile devices is the screen: how to present images effectively recognized the face or another on the small screen this equipment.

However, one challenge is to provide a better user experience in heterogeneous small screen. Some researchers have developed a new technique for efficient and browse images by panning and automatic zoom on a region of interest (ROI) image users of the small screen. The images are divided into two different classes and kings of the image is downloaded using top-down and bottom-up approaches. Kings is reviewed by various methods of study and intuitive. The proposed system is evaluated by subjective tests and the evaluation shows that the proposed system is an effective image shows large technology on small screens.
